Rules & Regulations

General School Rules:

  • Students are required to be punctual. No student arriving late will be allowed in the school.
  • Students should wear neat, clean uniforms.
  • Parents or guardians may meet the teachers with prior permission of the Principal.
  • Students must carry Identity Cards in the school every day.
  • Nails should be trimmed regularly and every student should wear their hair appropriately.
  • Nail enamel, mehendi, tattoos, precious jewelry, ornaments are strictly prohibited in the school premises. The school will not be responsible for any loss.
  • Parents should not send money or any valuable belongings with the students in the school.
  • Parents’ remarks, recommendation, suggestion, if any, should be sent separately in the form of an application or a letter to the Principal.
  • Parents and guardians are specially requested to notify the school about any change in their address or contact details.
  • Parents/Guardians are not allowed to interfere in any matter of the administration and the administrative policy of the school.
  • All children who join the school in standard I, have to submit Birth Certificate. Candidates aspiring to take admission in Indrayani Internatinal School from abroad should submit documents issued by respective Government.
  • Occasional reports and recommendations from teachers are made in the school diary. Parents are required to sign them as a proof that they have read regularly.
  • Only parents/guardians should come and meet the Teachers and Principal. Other than parents, relatives or any family friends will not be entertained. Parents of students Lower classes i.e. Preschool & primary classes must meet respective class-teachers at least once in a month as per the time allotted.
  • Students may be sent home for any of the following reasons:
  • If not wearing school uniform
  • If doesn’t get the report card signed by parents when required.
  • If doesn’t bring diary signed by parents on remarks made by the Principal/Supervisor/Teacher in the calendar or diary).
  • If not punctual for Assembly or class.
  • If repeatedly forgetting to bring books and study materials.
  • If no absent report submitted on Non-Attendance signed by the parent / guardian.
